What is the minimum order?
Right now, 12 pieces is our minimum per design.
How can I get a quote?
You can fill out our quote form HERE. We will ask questions about your project and ask you to submit artwork and or mock-ups. Once we have all your information we will analyze your project and send you the total price and when to expect your order.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
We do not quote over the phone. We do this to keep all our communication via email so we can refer back to it later. This ensures that no mistakes are made from different forms of communication.
How long will it take for my order to be finished?
Depending on the project, we take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days once the artwork has been approved and payment has been submitted.
What type of ink do you print with?
We currently print with plastisol ink. In some instances, we print with water-based and/or discharge inks.
What are your art requirements?
In order to get the best printing results, we require vector artwork.

Adobe Illustrator (*.AI *.PDF) – Vector based artwork

Adobe Photoshop (*.PSD) All Photoshop files must be of high quality and a minimum of 300 DPI

If your artwork is hand drawn or scanned make sure it is of high quality (300 dpi or higher) and scaled to the desired print size.

Note : Usually this type of artwork needs some cleaning up to be acceptable for printing. If this is the case and the project is simple enough, we will work on preparing your illustration to the best of your preference. If the artwork needs extensive work we will not accept the project.
